Þessi lög kveða á um nauðsynlegar ráðstafanir og breytingar á íslenskum lögum vegna útgöngu Bretlands úr Evrópusambandinu og Evrópska efnahagssvæðinu (Brexit). Lögin hafa áhrif á einstaklinga, fyrirtæki og stofnanir sem eiga viðskipti eða samskipti við Bretland.
