Þessi lög fjalla um utanlandsferðir sem gerðar eru á vegum og kostnaði ráðuneytisins. Lögin hafa áhrif á ráðherra, starfsmenn ráðuneytisins og aðra sem fara í opinberar utanlandsferðir fyrir íslenska ríkið.
This law governs foreign travel conducted on behalf of and at the expense of government ministries. It affects ministers, ministry employees, and others who travel abroad on official government business for the Icelandic state.
