Þessi lög fjalla um rafræn fasteignaviðskipti og ástandsskýrslur fasteigna. Lögin hafa áhrif á alla sem kaupa eða selja fasteignir á Íslandi og krefjast þess að ástandsskýrslur séu gerðar og sendar rafrænt.
This law governs electronic real estate transactions and property condition reports. It affects all buyers and sellers of real estate in Iceland by requiring that property condition reports be prepared and transmitted electronically.
