Þessi lög kveða á um sérstök úrræði og aðstoð fyrir nemendur vegna truflana á námi af völdum COVID-19 faraldursins. Lögin taka til allra námsmanna á Íslandi sem urðu fyrir neikvæðum áhrifum heimsfaraldursins á nám sitt.
This law establishes special measures and assistance for students due to disruptions in education caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The law applies to all students in Iceland who were negatively affected by the pandemic's impact on their studies.
