Þessi lög fjalla um stjórn og úthlutun útvarpsgjaldsins sem borgað er af heimilum og fyrirtækjum á Íslandi. Lögin ákvarða hvernig tekjum af útvarpsgjaldinu er skipt á milli RÚV og annarra viðurkenndra útvarpsstöðva.
This law governs the management and distribution of broadcasting fees paid by households and businesses in Iceland. The law determines how revenue from broadcasting fees is allocated between RÚV (Iceland's national broadcaster) and other recognized broadcasting stations.
