Almenn hegningarlög eru grundvallarlög sem skilgreina refsiverð brot og viðurlög við þeim á Íslandi. Lögin ná til allra sem fremja glæpi eða misgjörðir innan íslenskrar lögsögu og setja fram almennar reglur um refsingar.
