Þessi lög fjalla um áhrif fjármálakreppunnar 2008 á íslensk heimili og hvaða aðgerðir stjórnvöld gerðu til að hjálpa þeim. Lögin varða alla íslenska ríkisborgara og heimili sem urðu fyrir tjóni vegna efnahagshrunsins.
