Þessi lög fjalla um aðstoð og vernd fyrir íslensk heimili sem lentu í fjárhagserfiðleikum vegna COVID-19 heimsfaraldursins. Lögin miða að því að styrkja efnahagsstöðu fjölskyldna sem urðu fyrir tekjutapi eða öðrum fjárhagslegum áhrifum vegna faraldursins.
