Þessi lög kveða á um rafræna afgreiðslu umsókna hjá Útlendingastofnun. Lögin hafa áhrif á alla sem sækja um þjónustu eða leyfi hjá stofnuninni, einkum útlendinga og aðra sem þurfa á þjónustu hennar að halda.
