Þessi lög eru um 16. viðbótarsamning við Mannréttindasáttmála Evrópu sem eflir vernd mannréttinda og mannfrelsis. Samningsviðaukinn hefur áhrif á alla íslenska ríkisborgara og aðila sem búa á Íslandi.
This law concerns Protocol No. 16 to the European Convention on Human Rights, which strengthens the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms. The protocol affects all Icelandic citizens and individuals residing in Iceland.
