Þessi lög fjalla um réttindi og skyldur ríkisstarfsmanna á Íslandi. Lögin ná til allra sem starfa hjá ríkinu og skilgreina bæði hvað þeir eiga rétt á og hvað þeir þurfa að uppfylla í starfi sínu.
This law addresses the rights and obligations of state employees in Iceland. It applies to all government workers and defines both their entitlements and the duties they must fulfill in their positions.
