Þessi lög friðlýsa Ísland fyrir kjarnorkuvopnum og banna umferð kjarnorkuknúinna farartækja á íslensku yfirráðasvæði. Lögin hafa áhrif á alla sem koma til landsins með slík vopn eða farartæki.
