Þessi lög fjalla um birtingu alþjóðasamninga sem Ísland gerir við önnur ríki eða alþjóðastofnanir. Lögin setja reglur um hvernig og hvenær slíkir samningar skulu birtir opinberlega til að þeir öðlist gildi á Íslandi.
This law governs the publication of international treaties that Iceland enters into with other countries or international organizations. The law establishes rules for how and when such agreements must be publicly published in order to take legal effect in Iceland.
