Þessi lög heimila Samkeppniseftirlitinu að útvista eða fela öðrum aðilum að framkvæma ákveðin verkefni sín. Lögin hafa áhrif á starfsemi Samkeppniseftirlitsins og þá aðila sem taka að sér útvistað verkefni fyrir stofnunina.
