Þessi lög fjalla um leiðréttingar á námslánum sem veitt hafa verið nemendum til að standa straum af námsgjöldum og framfærslukostnaði. Lögin hafa áhrif á nemendur og fyrrverandi nemendur sem hafa tekið námslán hjá Lánasjóði íslenskra námsmanna.
