Tillaga til þingsályktunar um að fela innviðaráðherra að láta gera markaðskönnun á póstmarkaði og undirbúa útboð á þáttum þar sem lágmarksþjónusta er ekki veitt á markaðsforsendum. Markmið er að meta hvort hægt sé að leysa alþjónustuskyldur með öðrum hætti en útnefningu Íslandspósts sem alþjónustuveitanda til 2030, t.d. með útboði. Á að klára vinnuna áður en alþjónustuframlag 2023 er veitt og síðan selja Íslandspóst ohf.
Parliamentary resolution proposal to instruct the Infrastructure Minister to conduct a market survey of the postal market and prepare tender for components where minimum service is not provided on market terms. The goal is to assess whether universal service obligations can be solved differently than designating Iceland Post as universal service provider until 2030, e.g. through tender. Work should be completed before public service contribution for 2023 is granted, followed by sale of Iceland Post ohf.
