Þessi lög fjalla um styrki sem veittir eru af opinberum aðilum og samstarfssamninga milli þeirra og styrkþega. Lögin hafa áhrif á ríkisstofnanir, sveitarfélög og aðra opinbera aðila sem veita styrki, auk einstaklinga og fyrirtækja sem sækja um eða fá slíka styrki.
This law governs grants provided by public entities and cooperation agreements between them and grant recipients. It affects government institutions, municipalities and other public bodies that provide grants, as well as individuals and companies that apply for or receive such grants.
