Þessi lög fjalla um norðurskautsmál og stefnu Íslands varðandi norðurskautssvæðið árið 2023. Lögin hafa áhrif á stjórnvöld, rannsóknarstofnanir og aðra sem starfa við norðurskautsmál á vegum íslenska ríkisins.
