Þessi lög fjalla um Ríkisútvarpið (RÚV) og útvarpsgjald sem borgað er til að fjármagna opinbera útvarpþjónustu. Lögin hafa áhrif á alla íslenska ríkisborgara og heimilishald sem þurfa að greiða útvarpsgjald.
This law governs the Icelandic National Broadcasting Service (RÚV) and the broadcasting fee paid to finance public broadcasting services. It affects all Icelandic citizens and households who are required to pay the broadcasting fee.
