Þessi lög banna hatursorðræðu og kynþáttahatur á Íslandi. Lögin vernda einstaklinga og hópa gegn mismunun og hatursáróðri sem byggist á kynþætti, þjóðerni eða öðrum persónulegum eiginleikum.
This law prohibits hate speech and racial hatred in Iceland. The law protects individuals and groups against discrimination and hate propaganda based on race, nationality, or other personal characteristics.
