Þessi lög fella úr gildi lög nr. 81/1997 um Stofnun Vilhjálms Stefánssonar og samvinnunefnd um málefni norðurslóða. Lögin hafa áhrif á starfsemi stofnunarinnar og þá sem komu að málefnum norðurslóða í gegnum þessa stofnun.
This law repeals Act No. 81/1997 concerning the Vilhjálmur Stefánsson Institute and cooperation committee on Arctic affairs. The law affects the operations of the institute and those involved in Arctic affairs through this institution.
