Þessi lög fjalla um tekjuskatt einstaklinga og fyrirtækja ásamt staðgreiðslu opinberra gjalda. Lögin hafa áhrif á alla sem hafa tekjur á Íslandi og þá aðila sem eru skuldbundnir til að halda eftir sköttum og gjöldum fyrir ríkið.
This law governs income tax for individuals and businesses as well as withholding of public fees and taxes. It affects all people and entities with income in Iceland and those obligated to withhold taxes and public charges on behalf of the state.
