Þessi lög fjalla um námsstyrki sem veittir eru nemendum til að styðja við nám þeirra. Lögin ná til allra sem sækja um fjárhagslegan stuðning vegna náms á Íslandi eða erlendis.
This law deals with educational grants that are provided to students to support their studies. The law applies to all those who apply for financial support for education in Iceland or abroad.
