Þessi lög fjalla um kostnað sem fellur til vegna utanlandsferða þingmanna og forseta Alþingis. Lögin ákveða hvernig greiða skal fyrir ferðakostnað, gistingu og aðra útgjöld þegar þingmenn og forseti fara í opinberar ferðir til útlanda.
This law governs the costs associated with foreign travel by members of parliament and the Speaker of the Icelandic Parliament. The law determines how travel expenses, accommodation, and other costs are covered when parliamentarians and the Speaker undertake official trips abroad.
