Innleiðir ESB-reglugerð 2020/1503 um evrópska hópfjármögnunarþjónustuveitendur fyrir fyrirtæki í íslenska löggjöf. Seðlabanki Íslands verður lögbært yfirvald og Fjármálaeftirlitið annast eftirlit með starfseminni. Setur reglur um starfsleyfi, verklagsreglur og stjórnvaldssektir fyrir brot á ákvæðum reglugerðarinnar.
Implements EU regulation 2020/1503 on European crowdfunding service providers for business into Icelandic law. The Central Bank of Iceland becomes the competent authority and the Financial Supervisory Authority oversees operations. Establishes rules for operating licenses, procedures and administrative fines for violations of regulation provisions.
