Þessi lög fella úr gildi 25 eldri lög sem eru úrelt og ekki lengur í notkun. Lögin sem falla úr gildi voru meðal annars um heimild til lántöku, kaupa á jörðum, skattfrelsi og tímabundnar efnahagsráðstafanir frá árunum 1926 til 1984. Þetta hefur engin áhrif á almenna borgara þar sem öll lögin sem falla brott eru þegar úrelt og hafa ekki verið í gildi í reynd. Markmiðið er að hreinsa upp í lagasafni og fjarlægja lög sem þjóna ekki lengur tilgangi.
This law repeals 25 obsolete laws that are no longer in use.
