Þessi lög fjölga tímabundið starfslaunum listamanna fyrir árið 2022 úr 1.600 í 1.800 mánaðarlaun, sem viðbrögð við áhrifum COVID-19 heimsfaraldursins á atvinnulíf listamanna.
