Fjárlögin fyrir árið 2026 ákveða fjárhagsáætlun íslenska ríkisins fyrir árið 2026. Lögin setja fram heildarútgjöld og tekjur ríkissjóðs, úthlutun fjár til einstakra ráðuneyta og stofnana, og fjármögnun opinberrar þjónustu. Fjárlögin voru samþykkt á Alþingi 18. desember 2025 eftir umfjöllun í fjárlaganefnd með tillögum frá bæði meiri og minni hluta. Lögin hafa áhrif á alla íbúa landsins þar sem þau stýra rekstri allrar opinberrar starfsemi, frá heilbrigðisþjónustu til menntamála og innviða.
The Budget Act for 2026 establishes the fiscal budget for the Icelandic state for the year 2026. The law sets out the total expenditures and revenues of the treasury, allocation of funds to individual ministries and agencies, and financing of public services. The budget was approved by the Icelandic Parliament on December 18, 2025, following consideration by the budget committee with proposals from both the majority and minority. The law affects all residents of Iceland as it governs the operation of all public activities, from healthcare to education and infrastructure.
