The minister must present proposals for parliamentary resolutions on 15-year strategies each parliamentary term and appoints policy councils to prepare proposals for strategies and action plans. The law also amends housing legislation and planning legislation, requiring the minister to present a 15-year housing strategy within two years of parliamentary elections, including a 5-year action plan.
