This law introduces time limits on short-term rental of residential properties in urban areas. Operating licenses for accommodation services in residential housing within urban areas will be temporary for five-year periods, while other licenses remain indefinite. The district commissioner is granted authority to obtain information from the tax authority for supervision of accommodation services and home lodging. Existing licenses for residential properties in urban areas remain valid until January 1, 2032.
