Una María Óskarsdóttir, fædd 19. september 1962, er lýðheilsufræðingur og uppeldis- og menntunarfræðingur sem hefur unnið að málefnum er varða heilsu, menntun og uppeldi. Hún hefur komið að fjölbreyttum verkefnum á sínu starfssviði og nýtt þverfaglega þekkingu sína til að stuðla að bættri lýðheilsu og menntun í samfélaginu. Una María gegndi hinu virta starfi forseta Kvenfélagasambands Íslands frá árinu 2012 til 2015. Í því hlutverki stýrði hún starfi eins elsta og virtasta samtaka kvenfélaganna á landinu, sem hefur verið samstarfsvettvangur og málsvari íslenskra kvenfélaga síðan það var stofnað árið 1930. Í gegnum starf sitt við Kvenfélagasambandið hefur hún stuðlað að styrkingu kvenfélagatímanna og samstarfi kvenna um land allt.
Una María Óskarsdóttir, born 19 September 1962, is a public health specialist and education and pedagogy expert who has worked on issues related to health, education and child development. She has been involved in diverse projects in her field and has used her interdisciplinary knowledge to promote improved public health and education in society. Una María served as president of the National Council of Women's Associations in Iceland (Kvenfélagasamband Íslands) from 2012 to 2015. In that role, she led the work of one of Iceland's oldest and most respected women's organisations, which has served as a platform for cooperation and advocacy for women's associations throughout the country since its founding in 1930. Through her work with the National Council of Women's Associations, she has contributed to strengthening women's organisations and collaboration among women across Iceland.
