Sigurður Páll Jónsson spyr félags- og barnamálaráðherra um rafræna byggingargátt sem Mannvirkjastofnun hefur verið að þróa. Hann vill vita hvenær verkið hófst, hvernig ákvarðanir voru teknar um smíðina, hverjir sérfræðingar voru ráðnir og hvert heildarkostnaðurinn hefur verið á árunum 2011–2017. Hann spyr einnig hvort verkið sé lokið og ef ekki, hver væri áætlaður kostnaður til að klára það. Svörin myndu segja okkur hvort opinberir fjármunir hafi verið ábótavottar sem og hvort stærri verkefni Mannvirkjastofnunar sé dregist á langinn og hvað það kostar.

He wants to know when work started, how decisions were made about the project, which specialists were hired, and what the total cost has been from 2011–2017. The answers would reveal whether public funds have been spent wisely and whether this major government IT project has faced delays and cost overruns.
