Andrés Ingi Jónsson spyr fjármála- og efnahagsráðherra í hvaða tilvikum ríkið hefur tekið þátt í því að leggja á og innheimta gjöld sem eru þess eðlis að rétt væri að kalla þau félagsgjalda, eins og áður var gert með búnaðargjald og eins og nú er gert með sóknargöld. Þingmaðurinn vill vita hvort og hvernig ríkið notar aðila sína til að innheimta gjöld fyrir stofnanir sem ekki eru ríkisstofnanir.
