Óli Björn Kárason spyr fjármála- og efnahagsráðherra um umhverfisskata og græna skatta sem hefur verið innleidd á Íslandi frá 2005. Hann vill fá nákvæmar upplýsingar um hvaða skattar hafa verið teknir upp, hversu miklar tekjur þeir gefa ríkissjóði og hvort þeir eru lagðir á sanngjarnt milli atvinnugreina. Svörin myndu sýna okkur hvort Ísland er með skilvirka umhverfisstefnu og hvort hún er vel útfærð, auk þess sem þau myndu leiða í ljós hvort ríkissjóður hefur metið árangur þessara skatta og hvort þeir séu hluti af meiri breytingum á skattkerfinu.
