Albertína Friðbjörg Elíasdóttir spyr sjávarútvegs- og landbúnaðarráðherra um framkvæmd byggðaáætlunar, sem miðar að því að dreifa störfum utan höfuðborgarsvæðisins. Hún vill vita hvort ráðuneytið hafi skilgreint hvaða störf megi flytja út frá Reykjavík, hve mörg störf hafi þegar verið ráðin í landsbyggðinni og hvort vera til áætlun um að ná settum markmiðum um 5% starfa án staðsetningar árið 2021 og 10% árið 2024. Svörin myndu sýna hvort stjórnvöld séu að framfylgja markmiðum um jafnari dreifingu starfa og byggðaþróun.
Albertína Friðbjörg Elíasdóttir asks the Minister of Fisheries and Agriculture about implementation of the regional development plan, which aims to distribute jobs outside the capital region. She wants to know whether the ministry has defined which jobs can be relocated from Reykjavík, how many jobs have already been hired outside the capital area, and whether there is a plan to meet the targets of 5% location-neutral jobs by end of 2021 and 10% by end of 2024. The answers would reveal whether the government is actually following through on its goals for more equal job distribution and regional development.
