Inga Sæland spyr sjávarútvegs- og landbúnaðarráðherra um álaveiðar á Íslandi og hvernig reglugerð um bann við álaveiðum hefur verið framfylgt. Hún vill vita hversu mörg leyfi hafa verið gefin út, hverjir fengu þau, hvar og með hvaða aðferðum, og hversu margt var áætlað að veiða. Þingkona spyr einnig um gögn um álaveiðar síðustu 20 ár og hvort rannsóknir hafi verið gerðar á álastofnum landsins.
