Tillagan felur félags- og barnamálaráðherra að gera úttekt á kostnaði við að koma upp orlofshúsum fyrir örorkulífeyrisþega á völdum stöðum á Íslandi. Horft verði til orlofshúsa verkalýðshreyfingarinnar sem fyrirmyndar og unnið í samráði við hagsmunasamtök fatlaðs fólks.
The bill proposes to commission the Minister of Social Affairs and Children to conduct a study on the cost of establishing vacation homes for disability pensioners at selected locations in Iceland. The study would use the labor movement's vacation homes as a model and be conducted in consultation with disability rights organizations.
