Frumvarpið leggur til breytingar á lögum um stjórn fiskveiða til að takmarka samþjöppun aflahlutdeilda og styrkja samkeppni í sjávarútvegi. The bill proposes amendments to fisheries management laws to limit concentration of fishing quotas and strengthen competition in the fishing industry.
