Frumvarpið leggur til breytingar á innheimtu útvarpsgjalds þar sem Ríkisskattstjóri og innheimtumenn ríkissjóðs taka við innheimtu tvisvar á ári með rafrænum greiðsluseðlum. Breytingarnar eiga við um alla gjaldskylda einstaklinga og lögaðila sem greiða útvarpsgjald til Ríkisútvarpsins.
The bill proposes changes to the collection of broadcasting fees where the State Tax Office and state treasury collectors take over collection twice a year using electronic payment slips. The changes apply to all fee-liable individuals and legal entities who pay broadcasting fees to the National Broadcasting Service.
