Ara Trausti Guðmundsson spyr utanríkis- og þróunarsamvinnuráðherra hvort hugsanlegt sé að auka fjárveitingar til þróunarsamvinnu með samstarfi um náttúruvá eins og eldvirkni og jarðskjálfta. Hann spyr einnig hvort æskilegt og gerlegt væri að stofna fimmta skóla Sameinuðu þjóðanna á Íslandi sem miðaði að nýsköpun í matvæla-, fæðubótar- og líftækniiðnaði.

He also asks whether it would be feasible and desirable to establish a fifth United Nations school in Iceland focused on innovation in the food, nutrition, and biotechnology industries.
