Óla Birni Kárason spyr umhverfis- og auðlindaráðherra um starfsemi Skipulagsstofnunar og Umhverfisstofnunar á árunum 2010 til 2020. Hann vill vita hversu margir starfsmenn voru við störf á báðum stofnunum á hverjum ári, hversu miklu ríkisfénu var varið til þeirra og hvernig rekstrarkostnaðir og tekjur þeirra breyttust á þessu tímabili. Með þessum upplýsingum væri hægt að meta hvort stofnunarnar fóru með aukna eða minni starfsemi og hvort þær nýtu ríkisfénu vel.
