Bjarkey Olsen Gunnarsdóttir spyr innviðaráðherra hvort nægilega sé gætt að hagsmunum bílaeigenda á landsbyggðinni, sem þurfa að fara langa leið til skoðunar og eiga á hættu að fá akstursbann í stað endurskoðunar. Hún spyr einnig hvort þjónustuskylda skoðunaraðila sé nógu sterk til að tryggja þjónustu um allt land og hvort rannsakað hafi verið hvort nota megi færanlegar skoðunarstöðvar til að leysa þetta vandamál.
Bjarkey Olsen Gunnarsdóttir asks the Minister of Infrastructure whether the interests of car owners in rural areas are adequately protected, as they must travel long distances for vehicle inspections and risk driving bans instead of re-inspection under regulation 414/2021. She also asks whether the service obligations of inspection operators are strong enough to ensure service throughout the country and whether it has been investigated whether mobile inspection stations could provide such service nationwide.
