Skýrslan fjallar um 14. þingmannaráðstefnu um norðurskautsmál sem haldin var í apríl 2021 og fjallað um þrjú meginefni: baráttuna gegn loftslagsbreytingum, sjálfbæra efnahagsþróun og mannlíf á norðurslóðum. Hún var lögð fram til að greina frá starfi Íslandsdeildarinnar á ráðstefnunni og framgangi formennsku Íslands í Norðurskautsráðinu, auk þess sem hún tekur saman meginályktanir og tilmæli ráðstefnunnar til stjórnvalda og alþjóðlegra stofnana.
