Diljá Mist Einarsdóttur spyr utanríkisráðherra hvernig breytingar á öryggisumhverfi heimsins síðastliðinn áratug hafa áhrif á vinnu utanríkisráðuneytisins. Hún vill vita hvort og hvernig þessar breytingar hafi breytt áherslum í utanríkismálum, skipulagi ráðuneytisins, alþjóðlegum samstarfi Íslands og samstarfi innan stjórnsýslunnar. She wants to know whether and how these changes have altered priorities in foreign affairs, the ministry's organization, Iceland's international cooperation, and cooperation within the government administration.
