Þessi þingsályktunartillaga felur í sér beiðni til ríkisstjórnunnar um að vinna að tveimur samstarfsverkefnum með Grænlandi og Færeyjum. Fyrra verkefnið snýst um að efla samstarf á sviði loftslagamála og umhverfisverndar, þar sem landanna þrjú myndu hitta reglulega til að deila hugmyndum um græn umskipti og endurnýjanlega orku. Ef tillagan nær fram að ganga myndu umhverfisráðherrar þessara landa bera ábyrgð á reglulegum fundum og háskólarnir myndu samhæfa kennslu sína og deilast námsefni.
