Þetta er skýrsla forsætisráðherra um framkvæmd upplýsingalaga á Íslandi, lögð fram fyrir Alþingi á löggjafarþingi 2021–2022. Skýrslan fjallar um hvernig upplýsingalögin eru framkvæmd og fylgt eftir í opinberum stofnunum. Hún var lögð fram til að gefa Alþingi yfirlit yfir stöðu aðgangs almennings að opinberum upplýsingum og hvernig lög um gagnavernd og gagnaöflun virka í framkvæmdinni.
This is a report from the Prime Minister's Office about the implementation of Iceland's Information Act, submitted to Parliament during the 2021–2022 legislative session. The report examines how the Information Act is being enforced and followed by public institutions. It was submitted to provide Parliament with an overview of public access to government information and how data protection and information disclosure laws work in practice.
