Ásthildi Lóu Þórsdóttur spyr fjármála- og efnahagsráðherra um rafræn skilríki sem ríkið lofaði að gefa út. Hún vill vita hvers vegna það hefur seinkað, hvenær það gerist og hver mun bera það ábyrgð. Hún spyr einnig hvað gert er til að tryggja að fólk sem getur ekki notað rafræn skilríki vegna heilsu eða annarra ástæðna geti samt notað opinbera þjónustu. Þetta skiptir máli vegna þess að margir Íslendingar þurfa þessi skilríki til að eiga við stjórnvöld og nota netþjónustur. Svörin munu segja okkur hvort ríkisstjórnin sé á réttri leið með stafræna þróun og hvort gert sé ráð fyrir því að enginn sitji uppi vegna tæknibreytinga.

She wants to know why it is delayed, when it will happen, and which organization will be responsible. She also asks what is being done to ensure that people who cannot use digital credentials due to health or other reasons can still access public services. This matters because many Icelanders need these credentials to deal with government authorities and use online services. The answers will tell us whether the government is on track with digital transformation and whether measures are being taken to ensure that no one is left behind by technological changes.
