This parliamentary resolution proposes creating a working group to review the laws and regulations surrounding aquaculture and how it is taxed. If passed, the resolution would give municipalities clearer rights to collect fees from aquaculture operations and ensure that these fees cover the costs of harbor maintenance and services provided to fish farming companies.
