Inga Björk Margrétar Bjarnadóttur spyr félags- og vinnumarkaðsráðherra hvað gert hefur verið til að tryggja fötluðu fólki aðgengi að dómstólum og réttarfari, eins og alþjóðlegir samningar krefjast. Hún bendir á að fatlað fólk þurfi oft að berjast fyrir réttindum sínum en hefur oft ekki peninga, þekkingu eða getu til þess, og spyr hvort hægt væri að bjóða fjárhagslegan stuðning. Hún spyr einnig hvort stjórnvöld hafi ásamt sveitarfélögum gert nóg til að kynna fötluðu fólki þau réttindi sem það á. Svar ráðherra myndu sýna hvort Ísland standi við skuldbindingar sínar gagnvart fötluðu fólki og hvort þörf sé á betri aðgerðum.
