Jódís Skúladóttur spyr félags- og vinnumarkaðsráðherra um aðstöðu ungra mæðra yngri en 18 ára á Íslandi. Hún vill vita hvort stuðningskerfi fyrir þessar mæður sé jafn gott og í nágrannalöndum okkar, og hvort þær fái nægan fjárhagslegan stuðning frá sveitarfélögum og ríkinu. Fyrirspurnin beinist einnig að því hvort ungmerjar fá beint útborgaðar styrkina sjálfar eða hvort peningarnir renna til forráðamanna þeirra. Svarið mun sýna okkur hvort íslenska kerfi beri þessum ungum mæðrum virka og sjálfstæða stuðning eða hvort það sé of takmarkað og háð forráðamönnum.
Jódís Skúladóttur asks the Minister of Social Affairs and Labour about the situation of young mothers under 18 years old in Iceland.
